13 pounds gone!!!! Yahoo! My motivation was still high. I am focussing on eating breakfast each day and eating snacks throughout the day. Portion control is a huge issue.
Breakfast-eggs/egg whites, fruit snack yogurt Lunch- chicken, salad dressing on the side, veggies snack Kamut krisps Dinner 4 oz beef, veggies, salad, soup
I am not exercising yet. I still felt too fat!! I also wanted to save that when I needed to boost my metabolism. What I missed the most- Doritos Jalapeno and Cheddar chips!!!
