HIIT


So my latest exercise tip is High Intensity Interval Training. It works like a dream I have been doing it for about two months now. It really helps with fat burning and even more importantly my Oxygen capacity. My fitness level has gone way up. So how does it work- reasonable pace for 3 min, high intensity pace for 1 min keep at through your entire exercise. You can do this on any machine- elliptical, treadmill, stairclimber, rowing machine. People look at me like I am insane as a I am rocking the elliptical off its base- but it works!!!
