So I have been struggling with should I change my goal weight. I am at 150lbs right now I want to get to 130 but everyone is telling me I am getting too skinny. I am 5'4" so i think they are insane it might just be they are so used to my heavy weight.
My BMI is still a bit high but the docs tell me you can't always go by bmi because of fitness level and muscle. really struggling with what my weight should be?
I think I might aim for 140.
